Every GOYA piece is made to order, so we don’t take payment through the website. To begin, fill out the enquiry form on the page of the piece you’d like, with your name, email address and phone number.
Once we receive your enquiry, a member of our team will contact you personally on WhatsApp or by phone. We’ll confirm the details of your piece, answer any questions, and share payment instructions with you directly. Your order is confirmed once your advance payment is received.
Payment
Payment is made in two parts:
- 75% advance when you place your order. Production begins once this is received.
- 25% balance, together with delivery charges, when your piece is complete and before it is shipped.
We’ll let you know as soon as your piece is finished. No piece is released until it has been paid for in full.
If the balance is not paid within 30 days of our letting you know your piece is complete, or a finished piece is not collected or accepted for delivery within that time, a storage charge of 5% of the piece’s value will apply for each month it remains with us.
