Each piece takes approximately 10–12 weeks from the date your order is placed. Timelines can vary slightly with the materials chosen, and we’ll keep you updated if anything changes.
Delivery
Delivery charges are not included in the price of the piece. We’ll quote shipping separately, based on your location, when we confirm your order.
Please make sure that lifts, stairwells, corridors and doorways at your delivery address allow the piece to be brought in. We’re unable to offer refunds where delivery can’t be completed because of access, and any return trip or storage will be charged.
Natural materials
Every GOYA piece is made by hand from natural materials. Slight variations in the grain and colour of Rosewood and veneers, and in the veining and tone of marble and onyx, are part of each piece’s character. Your piece may differ a little from photographs or samples, within a range we consider true to the approved design.
